Finding the Right Fit

The first step in our process is to meet with you and your team to understand your community's needs and culture.  We can bring you the best candidate in the world, but if the fit is not right it will be difficult to achieve long term success with the individual you hire.  By first seeking to understand what type person you need, then writing the job description we are able to develop language within the recruiting profile to attract the right candidates.

Background Checks

We provide credit and criminal background checks from a 3rd party prior to bringing candidates for in-person interviews.  Most of our competitors run a background check once you determine you want to make an offer to an individual, but we do it prior to ever introducing you to them in order to prevent wasting the time and money of an in-person interview.

 

Accountability

As part of our services we will negotiate performance metrics between your board and your new hire prior to he or she signing a contract.  This performance metrics will contain first 90-day and annual goals for the term of the contract.  By having The Next Move Group negotiate the accountability metrics, we ensure the goals are realistic and attainable.  This step of our process leaves no stone unturned in having everyone on the same page regarding what you want your new executive to accomplish and gives you a basis for future annual salary and performance reviews.
