These are casual in nature to make people feel comfortable. We like to ask, "If we are sitting in this same room 3 years from now, what results do you want to see have happened for you to look us in the eyes and thank us for finding you the right hire?"

Our 100 Research Calls to Identify Passive Candidates who are A-list Professionals Interested in Your Position.

(Note, these candidates won't apply just by reading a job ad we place, these apply after we discuss the position with them at length)

  • We conduct credit and criminal background checks on everyone you interview. Our competitors typically only conduct these background checks on your finalist. But, we want to know if there is a problem with a candidate before you ever meet them, so we can either eliminate them or ask them about the issue when we interview the candidate.
  • We conduct "Management by Strengths" personality testing on all the candidates you interview so you get a picture of the strengths and weakness of each candidate's style.
  • We do a 7-panel urine analysis drug test on your finalist before he/she signs a contract.
