Our Risk Reduction Measures

- We conduct credit and criminal background checks on everyone you interview. Our competitors typically only conduct these background checks on your finalist. But, we want to know if there is a problem with a candidate before you ever meet them, so we can either eliminate them or ask them about the issue when we interview the candidate.
- We conduct "Management by Strengths" personality testing on all the candidates you interview so you get a picture of the strengths and weakness of each candidate's style.
